Signicades®
are molded hollow so they can be internally ballasted with sand. Only
5 lbs. per side increases the weight by 60% - all on the bottom where
it does the most good. Free funnels come with every order to facilitate
loading. Molded-in handles assure easy portability. They have stacking
lugs to prevent mulit-unit orders from sliding and scratching hte sign
faces. The sign faces are regressed to protect the reflective sheeting.

The school crossing
legend is printed both sides on 3M® Scotchlite™ fluorescent reflective
sheeting in yellow green. It's the brightest reflective sheeting available.
It catches and reflects all direct, oblique and ambient light, giving
it a very strong presence in early morning and overcast afternoons. Even
during broad daylight, it has a Technicolor brightness. Motorists automatically
brake when they see the large expanse of bright sheeting with the highly
visible school crossing logo. One of the safest portable school zone packages
commercially available. |
