A-FRAME BARRICADE & BOARDS

Need to close a road, lane or aisle? Protect a work zone? Bridge out, overturned truck, broken water main? Parade, graduation, block party, traffic or crowd control problems? You name it, these rugged large size plastic barricades control traffic with REAL authority. Heavy I-Beam boards weigh 1 pound per foot. A-Frame legs can be internally ballasted with sand (free funnel comes with each order to facilitate loading). Legs are designed to receive flashing lights.

Available in 6', 8', & 10' lengths with Engineer, High Intensity or Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting on both sides. Makes them very visible in emergency and crisis situations. Unique I-Beam construction assures extra rigidity and protects the reflective sheeting.

Easy to set-up, store and transport. Very rugged, very visible and very effective traffic and crowd control Device. Double boards create a most visible sign stand.

ALL PLASTIC TYPE III COLLAPSIBLE BARRICADE


AVAILABLE WITH 4', 6', 8', 10' & 12' BOARDS
All-plastic collapsible Type III Barricade made from 100%-recycled plastics and available with various board lengths with Engineer-Grade, High Intensity and Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting. FHWA Certified, NCHRP 350 Complaint. Flashing lights can be attached.

Never rusts, splinters or needs painting. Much easier to install, transport and store than wood and steel Type III Barricades.

Plastic bases are 25% heavier than the same size wood base and will never splinter, rot or shatter.
• Barricade details: All sizes are normal dimensions. Fabrication details; +-1/2". Dimensions in the drawings are in inches and not to scale.
• Type III Barricades can be constructed using various length boards from 4' to 12'. For Barricade lengths in excess of 8', a third upright may be necessary for stronger support between uprights.
• BOARDS/POSTS/BASES are manufactured from no-maintenance recycled HDPE and carry a limited 20 year warranty. Products are in full compliance with NCHRP 350 guidelines and have been tested and approved as crash-worthy.
